The Péré Vergé vinyards, with the wealth of their experience, have completely re-conceived the cellar of Château le Gay in 2014 with 5 temperature controlled sectors allowing to extend the micro-vinification to all of their wines, Château la Violette, Château le Gay, Château Montviel, as an emblem.
